How do I choose the right Padel racket for my skill level?
We categorize our rackets into Beginner, Intermediate, and Professional levels. Beginners should look for round-shaped rackets for better control, while advanced players might prefer diamond-shaped rackets for increased power.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We ship worldwide via premium couriers. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within Europe and 7-10 business days for the rest of the world. Tracking information is provided via email once the order is dispatched.
Can I return a racket if I have already used it?
To be eligible for a full refund, rackets must be returned in their original condition with the plastic wrap on the handle intact. Once the wrap is removed or the racket is used on the court, we can no longer accept it for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer a warranty on Padel equipment?
Yes, all our rackets come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering structural defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, superficial chips, or damage caused by impact with walls or other rackets.
How often should I replace my Padel balls?
For optimal performance and pressure, we recommend replacing your balls every 2-3 matches. We also offer pressurized canisters to help extend the life of your balls between sessions.
